According to my experience: First, you must do exerise. Exerice is good for your body, and it can help you burn the calorie. Second, you can't eat too much junk food. Junk food is not good for the body and it has much oil which can make you get fatter. Third, you have to stay in a good mood. If you are happy, you don't think negative things. Happiness make the world more beautiful. If you are moody, all you do may get worse. So staying in a good mood is the key to health. Here are three tips for staying healthy. Let's try these tips.

I go to carrefour(家樂福) with my father. I am very happy about the carrefour(家樂福). I have not gone there for a long time.Carrefour(家樂福) is a place where sells any things. So my father and I can buy any things which we want. Shopping is good and it can make me happy. No wonder people like to go shopping. But it is important for people to hold down. If we buy too much, our money will reduce a lot. I think I can't buy too much though my father asks me what I want to buy.

Today, I will go to see a dentist. Because I have a toothache. But I really don't want to see a dentist. When I was a little girl, I went to check my teeth. At that time, I felt uncomfortable about the utensil which is used for checking my teeth. In spite of the uncomfortable time, I still need to face it. Because I can't bear this pain any more. So I decide to see a dentist to remove the toothache.
